Chad and I had heard about the chef of Barrio Cafe in the local newspaper and had to try this location. We certainly are glad we did! Beware though there are other Barrios around the Valley that we have not tried and are not sure if it is owned by the same people (though we would assume so). We have only been to the Phoenix one, which is truly a hidden gem.
We suggest definitely ordering a margarita and the pomegranate guacamole! Flavor explosion!! Shoot, if you decide to go let us know and we would love to go with you! 🙂
